Our Process

Step1: We will meet with you at your property for a detailed walk-through, we will discuss your needs, goals and budget.

Step 2: We will put together a customized green property and maintenance plan, which will clearly outline our day to day process for your property, and we will top it off with a competitive price.

Step 3: Initially, we will perform extensive dedicated/specific hands on training with our employees at your property. Prior to your property training, all of our employees are trained and educated in our AGC green maintenance and cleaning class.

Step 4: We will have a weekly routine walk-through at your property, which will be performed by our green certified cleaning and building expert, to make sure your property needs and goals are being met.
