    Our return policy is quite simple, we ask that all customers contact us immediately with any issues by email: contact@amerigreenclean.com.. It is our hope to resolve all issues by either assisting our customers with product information or by providing a credit for all unopened bottles of product that can be restocked and resold after careful inspection for damage or tampering. If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind, simply contact us with 15 days of placing your order and we will be happy to provide a refund for any items that you do not want; we do not refund for shipping cost. If a product is damaged during shipping we will do all that we can to assist, however damages that occur during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. Please take a photo of the damages to the packaging and the product so we can better understand the situation. We will return all funds to the customers account within three days of receiving the returned products, and we will do all that we can to assist with shipping cost if we are at fault for the defect or damaged product.
